Email Reputation – Monitor and Act to Benefit
- DMARC, eDM, email, email deliverability, email marketing, email reputation
Email reputation is critical to business success. A poor domain reputation will mean your invoices, campaigns and other vital communication will end up be flagged as SPAM or malicious.
Clicks, opens and conversions measure engagement and success. These metrics directly correlate to the number of emails that are delivered and how they are treated by the receiving mail server. Increase your reputation (as well as content relevancy) and you will see the results.
In Zulu eDM we have made it easy: We have a SPAM indicator to easily identify any issues and then all of the mail logs for you to action a response to the blocking server. Mail administrators like personal emails from a real person to unblock you, so be kind and polite.
There is no point in contacting mail administrators unless you care DMARC compliant. We recommend monitoring your DMARC authentication using our Global Partner – DMARCIAN.
Once set-up and you receive SPAM bounces navigate to the campaign metrics and download the SPAM bounce log. Read the DSN column and find the mail servers that have blocked you. Use the template provided and email the mail server admin. You may find this at their website, in the DSN etc.
