What if I need more or less emails, can I change my plan?

We do not change your plan automatically based on your email activities. However, if you need to change your monthly email requirements, you can contact your Client Relationship Manager and get your plan upgraded or alternatively downgrade your plan.

What are the Features of Zulu eDM?

You will have access to the following features:

  • Easy to Use Drag’n’Drop Template Editor with the inclusion of a HTML Template Editor
  • Comprehensive analytics on Sent, Delivered, and Bounced Emails

What are the additional Features of a Paid Zulu eDM Package?

  • The paid versions do not have a Freemium logo at the bottom of the email template.
  • They provide full analytics in Campaign Reporting for Standard and Pro
  • Unlimited Landing pages for Pro
  • Full overview analytics for Pro
  • Unique sender details for Pro

When signing up for Freemium, why am I asked for credit card details?

This enable us to verify you as a legitimate user You will be debited 50 cents which will be credited back to your account the following week.
We do this to discourage spammers, we hate spam…

Is there a contract period?

Absolutely not. Our service is charge on a month-to-month basis; so our clients are free to cancel their account before the next payment cycle if your needs change. However, we encourage you to contact our Client Relationship Manager first to see if there’s anything we can do to rectify the situation.

What if I don’t send emails or use my account for a month? Am I still going to be charged my monthly fee?

Yes, we do not cancel your clients account due to lack of use. Our clients are responsible for cancelling or suspending their account, if they feel they would not be needing the Zulu eDM service.

What happens when I cancel my account?

If you wish to cancel your account, keep in mind you will no longer be able to use our features. Once an account is cancelled; we keep your data for 3 months before deleting the database.

Can I customize my plan?

We have set standard prices and provided features based on what we believe would be suitable. However, if you need additional features for your plan you can pay additional charges and enable those features to your selected package.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer.
